Are you a licensed Electrical Engineer looking to take the lead on impactful building design projects? We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Nashville, Tennessee.
In this role, you'll manage and design a variety of MEP projects from concept through construction, working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
What You'll Do:
🔹 Lead electrical design and project management efforts for commercial and institutional projects
🔹 Develop electrical power, lighting, and building systems designs
🔹 Prepare electrical engineering drawings, specifications, and condition assessment reports
🔹 Perform field investigations, site observations, and construction administration duties
🔹 Conduct short-circuit and protective device coordination studies
🔹 Coordinate with clients, contractors, equipment suppliers, and design teams
🔹 Review shop drawings and participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings
🔹 Mentor team members and participate in ongoing professional development programs
What We're Looking For:
✔ Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in a U.S. state
✔ 5 years of electrical engineering and design experience
✔ Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and engineering principles
✔ Experience leading projects with minimal supervision
✔ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office 365
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
✔ Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
