We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Proposal Manager to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in leading, managing, and delivering high-quality proposals for Department of Defense (DoD) programs. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a strong understanding of federal proposal processes and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of complex proposals in support of DoD programs.
- Oversee proposal planning, scheduling, and execution to meet strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business development, contracts, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with DoD requirements, RFP instructions, and company standards.
- Provide strategic input on proposal strategies, themes, and value propositions.
- Manage proposal reviews and ensure timely submission of all deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, OR
- Master’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with DoD proposal development and compliance requirements.
Clearance Requirements:
- Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with Polygraph is required at time of hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
