Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive process optimization and efficiency in our healthcare-focused customer service and call center operations. This role requires a proven track record of leading and managing CI initiatives, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage process improvement initiatives in a healthcare customer service/call center environment.
- Utilize Continuous Improvement tools including visual management, problem solving, and kaizen to achieve operational excellence.
- Partner across a matrixed environment to influence stakeholders and champion change.
- Collect, analyze, and present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure CI projects are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8–10 years of Continuous Improvement (CI) experience in a healthcare customer service or call center setting.
- At least 3 years of experience leading and managing CI initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead change, and effectively communicate data insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Green Belt, Black Belt, Continuous Improvement Management, or related certifications.
