About the Role
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate commercial properties, analyze project specifications, and develop accurate cost estimates and proposals for commercial security systems. You’ll also work closely with clients to build strong relationships while ensuring projects are scoped, priced, and presented with precision.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate commercial properties to assess project scope, dimensions, and site conditions.
- Analyze project specifications and plans to create detailed cost estimates for building, installing, and replacing security systems.
- Accurately estimate quantities and costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.
- Develop proposals with cost breakdowns, timelines, and project details.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 7–10 years of professional experience; security solutions/sales background preferred.
- Estimating experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site meetings, client visits, and project activities.
