Maintenance Associate – 3rd Shift
We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Associate to join our 3rd shift manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
- Operate hand/power tools, welding, brazing, and cutting equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, and technical drawings.
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
Qualifications: #healthcare2026
- Stable work history required.
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
