Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Utilize basic math skills to handle cash, process payments, and provide change efficiently.
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to assist customers effectively.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls or inquiries.
• A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing the customer experience.
