Are you an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager looking to lead impactful land development projects? We are seeking a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to manage commercial, residential, institutional, and municipal site development projects while leading a talented design team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead land planning and site layout design
• Review grading, drainage, utility, paving, and erosion control plans
• Oversee stormwater management reports and calculations
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and permitting efforts
• Mentor and supervise engineering staff
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies
• Prepare proposals and secure new project opportunities
🔹 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in South Carolina required
• 3–10 years of site/civil engineering experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong communication and leadership skills
