Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices, encumbrances, and payment requests in accordance with accounting procedures.
- Analyze financial activities and expenditures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and documentation issues.
- Reconcile financial accounts and escrow bank statements.
- Prepare journal entries, debit memos, and credit memos.
- Develop financial reports and assist with reporting enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Support process improvements to strengthen financial controls and reduce discrepancies.
- Assist with invoice approvals, payment issues, and other accounting-related activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, or a related accounting role.
- Associate Degree or College Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
