What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Fute?
About the Company
Active caseload of business and civil litigation across Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Southern New Jersey. You will appear in court, draft motions, manage clients, and actually litigate — not just support someone else doing it.
COMPENSATION
- Base salary: based on experience Originations and Performance Bonus
- Origination credit — Get paid based on the cases you manage, even if you didn't bring them to the firm!
- Income and performance bonuses
- 3% IRA match
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania bar license (required)
- New Jersey bar license (strongly preferred)
- 1–6 years of litigation experience
- The drive to build something, not just maintain someone else's
