Role: Corporate Paralegal
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite)
A growing and well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its team. This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and is ideal for a candidate with experience in corporate transactions, probate, and estate planning matters.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while working collaboratively with attorneys and firm leadership.
Responsibilities
- Form and maintain business entities, including LLCs, corporations, and partnerships
- Prepare and file state and federal business formation documents
- Assist with estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and related documents
- Support probate administration and related legal processes
- Prepare meeting minutes, legal correspondence, and transactional documents
- Manage court filings and document organization
- Assist with special projects and administrative legal matters as assigned
- Maintain accurate records and support ongoing client matters
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Transactional Paralegal preferred
- Experience with corporate law, entity formations, probate, and estate planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of court filings, corporate records, and transactional documentation
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus
Schedule Options
Part-Time
- Approximately 4–5 hours per day or 3 days per week
Full-Time
- 40 hours per week
