Fustini's is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist for the Ann Arbor store!
Responsibilities:
Customers
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist customers in finding the ideal products and/or services to meet their needs
Store
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, stocking shelves and filling bottles as needed
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ability to unload pallets as often as needed
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently, and to navigate stairs multiple times daily
