Role Description The Sales Floor Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based at Fustini’s store in Traverse City, MI. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales floor operations, including guiding team members, monitoring product displays, and ensuring a welcoming, engaging customer experience. The Sales Floor Team Lead supports customers by sharing product knowledge, offering pairing suggestions, and assisting with tastings, purchases, and special requests. Daily tasks include opening and closing procedures, supervising cash handling, maintaining inventory presentation and cleanliness, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. The role also involves coaching team members, supporting sales goals, and collaborating with management to improve store performance and overall guest satisfaction.
