Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for food products according to production recipes and standards across large-scale facilities.
- Food experience is a MUST with a deep understanding of chilled/refrigerated food production.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and safety of food items during production
- Must have experience managing $100M manufacturing plants with multi-line, high-volume operations.
- Strong expertise in production analytics, scheduling analytics, capacity planning, and throughput optimization.
- Drive operational excellence, efficiency improvements, and data-driven decision making across all sites.
- Ensure world-class standards in quality, safety, compliance, and cost performance.
- Build and lead high-performing manufacturing, operations, and engineering teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, and Commercial to support growth and new product launches.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing leadership with strong operational execution skills.
