We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to partner with our Director of Information Technology and provide subject-matter expertise within the gaming vertical. In this role, you will manage multiple IT gaming projects simultaneously, leading the execution of project solutions and delivering customized, value-added outcomes that support strategic business priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading multiple IT gaming projects simultaneously and ensuring delivery of expected results
- Manage project intake, prioritization, estimation, resources, goals, scope, schedule, and budget. Provide project status, budget tracking, and reporting. Propose alternative methods for achieving goals when necessary
- Independently lead projects requiring high levels of functional integration and involving multiple disciplines
- Perform project financial tracking and analysis and contribute to the annual IT budgeting process
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations
- Create and help execute comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans relative to project scope and stakeholders; orchestrate and lead change management plans
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet project or objectives
- Consult with IT managers and project managers and serve as a focal point for collecting and sharing project management best practices
- Responsible for continuous improvement of project management competencies and provide training on specific project management processes and techniques
Experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive, relevant information technology project management experience is required
- Deep experience and proficiency leading medium to large sized complex IT projects from beginning to end, preferably in a large enterprise
- Ability to effectively manage/execute multiple projects concurrently and independently, including projects that span multiple locations, including international properties
- Familiar with multiple project management processes (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, etc.) and project delivery methods and tools, and able to determine applicability based upon project objectives and constraints
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiar with ITIL processes, policies and procedures
- Advanced user in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, etc.)
- Likely travel to other regions/properties in addition to primary staffing location, including international LVS and delivery partner locations
- Demonstrates the important leadership and interpersonal skills required to effectively bring a team together to achieve a common goal.
- Proven experience in delivering successful projects, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for defining and driving large cross-functional project teams.
- Extensive experience defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, and facilitating the collection of engineering, operational, and business requirements.
- Establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through to completion.
- Proven ability to effectively present and communicate status, issues, and risks clearly, concisely, and regularly to all project stakeholders and various levels of leadership.
- Highly skilled at breaking down complex problems with simplicity while understanding interdependencies and cross team impacts.
- Proficient at conflict resolution, time management, process and data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and risk management.
- Proven ability to operate and effectively communicate while under pressure; as well as the ability to manage a diverse workload and work under time constraints with minimal supervision
- Experienced in using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Able to select the appropriate methodology to meet project objectives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, computer science or relevant field is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus
