Position Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys multitasking, and wants to build a long-term career in Recruiting, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or HR. As a key member of the recruiting team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones with speed and accuracy
- Serve as an alternate point of contact for candidates and clients, delivering a polished and professional experience
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
- Assist recruiters with job postings, candidate communications, and pipeline management
- Prepare interview materials and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed
- Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Tech-savvy with experience in ATS platforms or scheduling tools (preferred)
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support is a plus—but not required
- College degree in Business, HR, or related field perferred.
