What You'll Do

Provide support for Windows 11 upgrade initiatives across the organization

Perform hardware refreshes in large-scale environments

Manage and maintain a service ticket queue with timely updates

Respond to support requests within 15 minutes, resolving issues either remotely or in person

Communicate clearly with users, keeping them informed throughout the troubleshooting process

Resolve software, hardware, printer, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues

Maintain accurate documentation for all support cases

Recommend improvements to optimize user experience

Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications
What You Bring
-
5 years or more years of PC service and support experience

Hands-on experience with Microsoft stack and break and fix
-
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Windows 95/NT, XP, and MS Exchange

Experience installing drivers and troubleshooting external printers and wireless connectivity

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration (Prefer to already have)

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age

Ability to navigate all areas of the property, including stairs and various work environments

Capable of working in a fast-paced setting while staying calm under pressure

Comfortable standing, walking, bending, stretching, and kneeling for extended periods
