What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business System Analyst position at Fusion HCR?
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for collecting requirements from stakeholders on what they want delivered and why
2. Develop requirements in the form of user stories and define acceptance criteria based on the stakeholder requirements
3. Must be able to maintain, groom and prioritize requirements and be flexible to changing priorities
4. Ability to set deliverable goals and themes at the beginning of a development process
5. Ability to lead and plan product releases and upgrades based on the product roadmap
6. Ability to develop low fidelity wireframes and workflows while coordinating with User Experience and User Interface team
7. Must be able to negotiate priorities and features with the Stakeholders, Product Owners, and the development team
8. Must validate product meets all requirements before any production deployments
9. Assist in coordination between the vendor, team and stakeholders as needed
10. Lead prioritization of issues arising during production deployments by working with the team and Stakeholders
11. Providing support to the team using a servant leadership approach, and leading by example
12. Other duties as assigned
