Our Client is a leading Self-perform Commercial Concrete Contractor with offices in the Midwest and Southeast. Based on current and projected growth, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage work and lead project teams out of their Charlotte, NC or Nashville, TN office. This is a great opportunity to be part of the growth of a strong industry leader.
The initial project will be a high profile 6 month project in Huntsville, AL and permanently based in Charlotte or Nashville after.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ of experience managing civil / concrete construction projects ranging from $250,000 to $30M
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction related field of study preferred
