Partnership Executive: Business Advisor & Investment Acquisition

Your Mission: From Acquisition to Advisor
Your role as a Partnership Executive will evolve in two key phases:
Initial Focus: Investment / Partner Acquisition (Outside Sales): Your primary responsibility is to qualify potential partners and explain our unique investment model. This involves visiting real estate offices in person to present the investment opportunity. You'll actively reach out, present our services, and engage in compelling conversations to identify ideal candidates.
Progression: Business Advisor & Partnership Management (Inside Role): Once we invest, your role shifts to an inside position where you act as a trusted "board member" to the business owner. You'll be fanatically obsessed with their success, driving the adoption of our systems and serving as an advocate for their growth. You are responsible for the partner’s experience and business success in partnership with Fusion.
Compensation & Requirements
This is a commission-based, revenue-sharing role with a typical starting income of $70,000 annually. As your book of business expands, you can realistically earn $250,000 or more annually within the first two years. We're looking for polished, persuasive professionals with highly effective communication skills who are comfortable with difficult conversations and presenting complex ideas. While experience in residential real estate is helpful, it is not required.
