Lead SAP Warranty Management Consultant
Initial term: 12 months
Location: Remote plus travel
Travel: 25-35% to the Midwest, primarily the Chicago and/or Milwaukee area.
We are seeking a Lead SAP Warranty Management Consultant to support an SAP S/4 Service implementation for an heavy machine / automotive client.
Experience required:
- 4 full life cycle Warranty Management projects
- 15 years of SAP CS and PM experience
- Configure and support Warranty Claim Management in SAP
- Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements for warranty processes
- Design and implement:
- Claim types (customer / vendor / internal)
- Claim processing workflows
- Status profiles and action controls
- Integrate warranty claims with:
- Service Orders (S/4 Service)
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- MM (Materials Management)
- FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)
- Configure:
- Pricing procedures for reimbursements
- Output determination
- Action profiles and follow-up actions
- Handle claim settlement & reimbursement processing
This is an initial 12-month contract requiring 25–35% travel to the Midwest, primarily the Chicago and/or Milwaukee area.
