ServiceNow System Developer II – Remote (AR, KS, MO, OK, TX)
This role supports a large, enterprise-level ServiceNow environment and is focused on platform development, administration, and ongoing maturity of ITSM, SPM, and custom applications. The developer partners closely with internal teams to design technical solutions, enhance workflows, support complex escalations, and expand platform capabilities. Candidates must reside—and work full-time—in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support ServiceNow solutions including business rules, client scripts, UI policies/pages, workflows, import sets, transform maps, notifications, and integrations.
- Manage day-to-day platform administration: user/group management, data management, environment integrity, catalog/workflow enhancements, and performance oversight.
- Collaborate with architects and business units to understand requirements, improve processes, and identify automation opportunities.
- Participate in upgrades, cloning, testing (including ATF), module enablement, and configuration across production and non-production environments.
- Maintain strong documentation and stay current with new ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience.
- ServiceNow CSA required; CAD required within 18 months.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Builder, Workspaces, Flow Designer, Service Portal, REST APIs, and relational database concepts.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to assess business impact of requested changes.
