Responsibilities Of Senior Network Analyst
- Monitor, analyze and optimize network performance and availability across Tier 2 and Tier 3 environments.
- Administer and maintain core infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls, implementing configuration changes, upgrades and security controls as needed.
- Lead incident response by troubleshooting complex network issues, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering clear documentation and corrective action plans.
- Support business continuity by developing, executing and improving disaster recovery and incident response procedures to minimize impact and accelerate recovery.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor patterns to resolve technical issues, improve system resilience, and support data center operations.
- Maintain network documentation, performance metrics, and reporting to support incident management, capacity planning and continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelors degree is required
- 3 – 5 years of experience specifically focused on networks
- Certifications preferred (CCNA, CompTIA A , etc.)
- Excellent knowledge working with routers, switches, firewalls and other network experience (preferably Cisco and Palo Alto)
- Additional tech stack experience to include: MS Office, IP Networks, VLANs, Windows, Unix, Linux
- Salary Range of Senior Network Analyst: $90,000 - $115,000 depending on experience
