IT Systems Project Manager

Our client is seeking a IT Analyst Project Manager to help improve the business processes, systems, and technology that support operations and customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, improving operational efficiency, and partnering with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions. You'll analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, manage cross-functional projects, and help drive technology initiatives that enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes, systems, and technology to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements based on operational data and business needs.
• Research industry best practices and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, test, and implement new business processes and technology solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation while managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings and communicate status updates, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process documentation, project documentation, and reporting.
• Partner with business teams to support adoption of new systems and operational changes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Help improve data quality, operational effectiveness, and overall transaction execution.
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related
• 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, business operations, process improvement, systems analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Power BI.
  
  

Salary range $60-90k DOE plus benefits package.
