Job Duties
Base salary is dependent upon experience plus industry-leading commission plan and benefits package. First year recruiters with no prior experience should anticipate making $65,000 - $80,000 with our compensation plan and network of clients and candidates.
Compensation potential is $85,000 - $150,000 for experienced staff. This is a position where total compensation is directly impacted by how hard and efficient an individual works.

Job Duties
- Recruit candidates via professional networking sites, networking events, job posting sites, our robust candidate database, and any other creative means of sourcing and recruiting
- Work closely with teammates to match client needs with qualified candidates
- Coach candidates through their job search and match them with jobs and companies that are the best fit for their skillset, career goals and personality
- Work with team to successfully negotiate client-candidate offer and acceptance terms
- College degree preferred
- Grit: self-motivation / self-starter, hard-worker, persistence, resilience
- Excellent customer service skills and a go-above-and-beyond attitude
- Outgoing personality
- Professional appearance and professional attitude
- Integrity
- Comfort with cold calling and messaging professionals
