Paralegal

A growing personal injury law firm in Oklahoma City is hiring a Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, family-owned firm that is continuing to grow its Oklahoma City presence. This position will work closely with attorneys and clients throughout the personal injury litigation process.

Job Duties

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload
• Request and organize medical records and billing
• Track client treatment and case progress
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Draft pleadings and discovery
• Prepare demand packages
• Schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation
• Maintain case files and important deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience required
• Experience supporting injured clients throughout the personal injury case process
• Experience with medical records and billing preferred
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple cases
• Excellent client communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  
  

Salary is $50,000-$60,000
