Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and revise contracts, vendor agreements, and service-level arrangements
- Support HR investigations, disciplinary documentation, and policy enforcement
- Assist with credentialing, employment agreements, and onboarding compliance
- Maintain organized records of legal and HR documentation for audits and reporting
- Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure timely legal reviews
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting healthcare operations and employment practices
- Contribute to the development of training materials and compliance protocols
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract review and HR support, preferably in healthcare or public sector settings
- Strong understanding of employment law, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
