Responsibilities Of The Full Stack Developer
- Serve as the sole developer responsible for maintaining and enhancing custom in-house applications that support multiple business units under the parent company.
- Develop and support full stack solutions using PHP, .NET, and relational databases.
- Collaborate directly with leadership and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technical solutions, and deliver enhancements.
- Maintain existing applications while identifying opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack — frontend, backend, and database.
- Handle full development lifecycle — from concept and architecture through build, testing, deployment, and support.
- 3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Hands-on development experience with PHP and .NET frameworks.
- Strong understanding of database development and data modeling (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a role with high ownership and autonomy.
- Experience supporting custom, internally built business applications is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface directly with non-technical stakeholders.
