Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at a growing manufacturing company. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
- Review and resolve purchase price variances (PPVs) in coordination with purchasing and operations teams
- Handle high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Prepare and enter weekly payment batches, including ACH transactions
- Record and reconcile payments in the accounting system
- Process and enter employee expense reports in accordance with company policy
- Review and enter P-Card transactions, ensuring proper coding and documentation
- Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files and records
- Assist with month-end close tasks related to accounts payable
- Support audits by providing requested documentation and reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 2 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of purchase orders and invoice matching processes
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments
