What You’ll Do
- Lead the accounting function, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
- Develop and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting
- Provide meaningful financial analysis and strategic insights to leadership
- Manage audit, tax, banking, and other external relationships
- Mentor and develop the accounting team
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and company growth
- CPA or CMA required
- Strong progressive accounting and financial leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with executive leadership
