Job Title: Software Developer (Full Stack)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to support the maintenance, enhancement, and development of internal systems and client-facing applications. This role will play a key part in improving system integrations, optimizing performance, and delivering high-quality software solutions across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve a client-facing portal used for sample submissions and results reporting
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to internal safety standards, policies, and operational protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, T-SQL, PHP, and JavaScript
• Experience with frameworks such as .NET Core
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years of front-end development experience
• Experience with modern application development and learning new technologies quickly
• Experience with REST APIs and technologies such as Vue.js, SignalR, OAuth, Blazor, Docker, DevOps tools, and SQL Server
• Experience with DevOps practices such as Docker or Kubernetes
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000
