About The Role
The Division Order Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the investment and land teams by analyzing leases, title documents, and ownership records to ensure accurate and timely division order processing. This is a great fit for someone who loves problem-solving, researching, and working in a collaborative yet agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process division orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify ownership interests and ensure internal records align with payor/operator data
- Identify and resolve NRI discrepancies and follow up with operators as needed
- Research and respond to documentation requests from payors
- Assist with title and curative matters when issues arise
- Maintain payor data within internal systems
- Support administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and mailing division orders
- Collaborate with team members and participate in special projects
- Minimum of 3 years of division order experience
- Strong understanding of the energy industry and mineral ownership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Strong judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently while being a supportive team player
- High standards for accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
