Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential clients and business owners
- Assist with outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Help create engaging messaging for emails, social media, and marketing materials
- Support the sales team with lead communication and deal coordination
- Maintain organized communication with prospects and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Merchant Cash Advance, business funding, or financial sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and handling client communication
- Highly organized and self-motivated
Preferred:
- Experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) or small business lending
- Sales or client-facing experience
