This position focuses on employment readiness, skill development, job placement, and long-term support to promote independence, inclusion, and success in the workplace and community. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Participate in unit and clinical meetings
- Provide all phases of community support employment service
- Develop client, stakeholder and employer relationships
