Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: daytime hours

What You’ll Be Doing

As a DSP – Skills Instructor, your days will be filled with purpose, growth, and meaningful connections. You’ll:

• Teach and support individuals with disabilities as they develop essential life skills, vocational abilities, and social connections.

• Provide encouragement and guidance while celebrating progress—big or small.

• Create lasting memories while helping clients gain confidence and independence.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate and caring attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma/GED

• Background, OIG, and MVR clearance required

• No prior experience necessary; all training provided

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs

• Preferred: current Driver’s License, car insurance, and clean driving record

• Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification (training available)
