Job Opening for Student Assistance Prevention Services
There is an immediate opening for a full-time 35 hr/ week, position as a School-based Student Assistance Prevention Services Educator within our Youth Services Programs. Bi-lingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position is located in a local identified school district to provide evidence-based services including prevention education in classrooms and small groups, parenting programs, Parent University events, staff training, and problem-resolution-focused activities. The candidate will work closely with the school counselors and social workers to provide wrap-around services. Other specific program requirements include data entry, monthly reports, training, and quarterly staff meetings. Additional information on the position will be shared at the interview.

Qualifications
- Minimum degree required: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, or Education.
- Experience working with families of diverse backgrounds and populations.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Public speaking is required.
- This position is classified as non-exempt under overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
