Job Title: Seasonal Data Entry
Pay Rate: $19/hr.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Must be open to working overtime and weekends as needed)

Job Description: Must be a detail-oriented and organized candidate that may fulfill Data Entry duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases and systems with precision.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide support to team members.
- Create spreadsheets to track important information and orders
- Update various data including employee information and data
- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
- Scan and upload documents
- Accurately record
- Comfortable filling out and correcting I9
Other Duties include:
- Answer phone calls
- Direct incoming traffic
- Assist with any branch duties such as send pass down or other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus but not necessary.
- Proficient in Google Platform (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data management.
Requirements:
- Weekend & Overtime required during peak periods.
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
