Receptionist
Location: Watsonville, CA
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (AM Shift)
Shift: Morning / Day shift
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to provide front desk and clerical support across multiple departments. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily office operations and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, vendors, and staff.
Essential Functions
● Answer and route multi-line telephone calls in a professional manner. ● Greet and assist visitors upon arrival.
● Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence.
● Maintain and distribute the company directory list.
● Send and receive faxes as needed.
● Make photocopies and assist with document preparation.
● Accept and process cash or check payments from vendors.
● Coordinate and assist with office luncheons and events.
● Order and manage office supplies inventory.
● Provide general clerical support to the Sales Department and other departments as needed.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and kitchen area.
Requirements
● Excellent attendance and punctuality.
● Strong verbal communication skills.
● Proficient computer and general office communication skills.
● Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
● Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
● We value strong foundational skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn over direct field experience.
