Job Summary: The Onsite Coordinator position involves supervising employees, ensuring a safe work environment by walking the floors, and maintaining clear communication with client management to ensure successful customer service. Availability to employees, clients, and management is crucial.
- Pay Rate: $20/hr.
- Schedule: Mid- shift 11AM-8PM ** (must be able to work weekends and overtime) **

Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be open to working weekends and holidays
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
Essential Functions:
- Manage attendance and punctuality for all onsite employees.
- Supervise onsite employees with leadership and professionalism.
- Establish priorities and meet timelines.
- Follow up closely on workers' compensation and injury events.
- Conduct pre-shift safety meetings.
- Conduct Material Handling Equipment certifications with employees.
- Perform safety walks to ensure a safe work environment.
- Manage a timekeeping program to track employee hours.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Issue disciplinary actions.
- Constantly update employee database.
- Undertake other tasks as directed by the Onsite Manager.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma/GED.
- Warehouse/distribution experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent Computer Skills (proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Word).
- Strong client-centered service delivery and impeccable client relation skills required.
- Demonstrated verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
