Job Title: Receptionist
Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing front office operations and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to inquiries and provide general information
- Manage visitor flow to ensure a smooth front-office experience
- Prepare and distribute correspondence as needed
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Create and issue security badges for guests
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and leadership
- Provide general administrative support as assigned
