We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Packers / General Laborers in Senatobia, MS. In this role, you will assist with packaging products, maintaining production flow, and supporting warehouse operations while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Location: Senatobia, MS
Pay Rate: $14.00 – $14.50 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift

Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Packers / General Laborers in Senatobia, MS. In this role, you will assist with packaging products, maintaining production flow, and supporting warehouse operations while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Essential Job Duties
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects
- Sort, stack, and organize materials and finished goods
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support production and warehouse teams with general labor tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, packing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
