Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team in Fresno, CA. A Warehouse Associate plays a essential role in keeping our day-to-day warehouse operations running smoothly—handling receiving, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring goods move efficiently in and out of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and verify counts against delivery receipts.
- Inventory Management: Stock items in their proper storage locations, assist with cycle counts, and keep inventory neatly organized.
- Order Processing: Pick, pack, and prepare items or pallets for outgoing delivery according to work orders.
- Staging & Material Movement: Safely move materials around the facility using hand trucks, carts, or other material handling equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment by sweeping aisles and disposing of packaging waste.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines, policies, and protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Shift Availability: Ability to work standard 1st-shift (daytime) hours consistently.
- Physical Capability: Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an entire shift.
- Work Ethic: Strong attendance record, punctual, and able to perform duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Positive attitude with the ability to take direction and collaborate well with coworkers.
- Experience: Prior experience in general labor, distribution, or warehouse environments is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply!
