Full Steam Staffing is seeking an ERP Production Support Coordinator to provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and training for production employees using the Famous ERP system. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate ERP data entry, resolving user and system issues, and promoting the effective use of the ERP system to improve operational efficiency throughout production.
The ideal candidate is highly computer literate, enjoys helping others, and has experience working in a manufacturing, food processing, shipping, or warehouse environment. Candidates with experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Location: Watsonville, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00–$24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, AM shift

Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for production employees using the Famous ERP system.
- Troubleshoot ERP system issues, user errors, and data entry discrepancies in real time.
- Train production employees on ERP functions, workflows, and best practices.
- Document, track, and escalate complex technical issues to the IT team or ERP System Administrator as needed.
- Monitor ERP usage to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with company procedures.
- Partner with production supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvements within ERP workflows.
- Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of ERP updates and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct routine walkthroughs of production areas to proactively identify user challenges and provide support.
- Perform other ERP and operational support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, or food processing environment.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and training skills with the ability to support employees at all levels.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing or food processing operations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience using Famous ERP is preferred.
- Experience with other ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or logistics software is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone who is highly computer savvy and comfortable working with manufacturing technology. Candidates with experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or food processing who have used ERP or warehouse management systems will be especially successful in this role.
