Join our team!Shift: TBDPay: $52-$55KBenefits: Medical, Dental, Merit Pay, AD & DJob Purpose:Responsible for ensuring vendor compliance with clients minimum vendor requirements for food safety, posting required documentation in GOLD, researching and updating state food code regulations, maintaining public health inspection reports and supporting Quality Assurance Department projectsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Research and maintain State level Food Code regulations to include requirements for Distribution demo crew members, weights and measures, retail unit pricing and general public health programsReview, follow up and file distribution public health inspection reportsHave cheese inventory 100% accurateMaintain finished goods inventory 100%QA programChecking dock temperatures and maintaining high quality throughout the DCEnsure current, accurate PSIs are uploaded for each Item Document file in GOLDInput relevant PSI information into Trader Joe's Allergen DatabasePosting and tracking of annual 3 rd party vendor audits in GOLDFlag non-compliant vendors for Quality Assurance follow upTrack daily warehouse product rejections and save in QA share fileMaintain FDA vendor tracking sheet and send to FDA compliance team quarterlyAssist with Quality Assurance special projectsMinimum Requirements:Strong data entry and computer skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to operate and be certified on all warehouse equipmentAbility to communicate effectively orally to resolve issues with other parties throughout the DCUnderstanding of common distribution practices throughout the DCAbility to work flexible hours, including weekendsComputer Skills:Strong computer skills required;i.E., All Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Power Point)Reasoning Ability:Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary : $52,000 - $55,000
