Job Title: Logistics Billing Specialist
Reports to: Accounting Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Pay Rate: $18.00/HR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process interline payables, accounts receivable, and accounts payable transactions.
- Verify and reconcile billing charges to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and track documents related to assigned loads, carriers, and agreed-upon rates and fees for customers.
- Perform 3-way matching verification for invoice payment processing.
- Review, sort, and match invoices and check requests.
- Set invoices up for approval and payment.
- Reconcile payments and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors and respond to billing inquiries promptly.

Education and Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience required.
- At least 6 months of experience with TruckMate Software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with automation tools.
Reasoning & Communication Skills:
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. as needed.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer.
- Occasional walking and stair climbing.
Work Environment:
