About the Role
Our client is a national leader in value-based primary care services focused on the post-acute and senior care space. We are conducting a search for an experienced Business Development Representative to support strategic growth throughout the DMV market.
This individual will be responsible for developing new partnerships, strengthening existing operator relationships, and expanding the organization’s presence across skilled nursing, senior living, and post-acute care providers throughout the region.
The organization is one of the fastest-growing providers in the country within the value-based care landscape, partnering with skilled nursing operators, senior living communities, and healthcare organizations nationwide to improve clinical outcomes and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare sales professional with established post-acute relationships, strong operator-facing experience, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare sales cycles at both the facility and corporate level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living operators, and other post-acute providers throughout DC
- Execute territory growth strategies to drive new business development and partnership expansion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources, facility leadership, and operational stakeholders
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, facility tours, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to support onboarding and ongoing account success
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, account tracking, and market intelligence within CRM systems
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Stay informed on trends within value-based care, post-acute services, and senior living to effectively position services in the market
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare business development, B2B sales, or healthcare marketing
- Background working within post-acute care, senior living, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, or related healthcare sectors
- Proven track record of territory growth and achieving sales goals
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to engage both facility-level and executive-level decision makers
- Comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel throughout DC
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and standard business productivity tools

Pay range and compensation package
- Base salary around $95,000, depending on experience
