We are partnering with a premier skilled nursing operator to identify an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) for a high-performing facility in the Springfield/Battle Creek, Michigan area.

The organization is seeking an experienced operator who can bring accountability, leadership structure, and mentorship support. The building has a strong reputation in the market, a recently expanded rehab program, and an in-house dialysis unit that continues to drive skilled census growth.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day facility operations including clinical, financial, census, and staffing performance
- Drive accountability and follow-through across department leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain survey readiness
- Monitor census, skilled mix, labor management, and financial performance metrics
- Support ongoing rehab and dialysis program growth initiatives
- Foster a positive culture focused on leadership consistency and operational stability
Qualifications
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing setting strongly preferred
- Stable operational leadership background with strong survey and financial understanding
- Experience mentoring or partnering closely with nursing leadership teams
- Strong communication, accountability, and leadership skills
- Experience operating in fast-paced SNF environments preferred
