Who WE are looking for:
Responsible for overall daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and personnel. Monitor and enforce compliance with company standards, policies, procedures, and all applicable federal, state, liquor, health, and safety regulations. Ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service.
What is expected of YOU:

Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers and resolve guest complaints in an appropriate and timely manner;

Monitor, approve, and enforce administrative procedures and policies of all F&B management personnel for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations;

Personally and/or through delegated authorities responsible for all personnel-related matters including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, motivating, evaluating, and promoting;

Establish training goals and objectives for the department;

Assist the Director with budget goals and objectives and monitor financial aspects of the department;

Responsible for accurate inventory, maintaining set levels of food and beverage and labor costs;

Ensure adherence to payroll timekeeping practices;

Work with Casino Marketing and Hosts to be aware of VIP players and events that will affect volume on a day-to-day basis;

Flexibility required to fill any supervisory shift at any time if necessary and/or be present for events;

Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Experience YOU will need:

College degree preferred
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-unit food and beverage operations or casino/hotel operations

Must have a thorough knowledge of standards for all aspects of F&B service, storeroom procedures, and cooking methods

Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-
Must be familiar with all equipment used in F&B outlets
-
Must be computer literate
-
May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, bright lights and excessive noise, and to commercial kitchen environmental factors

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Other physical demands of this job may include but are not limited to: sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling/pushing, kneeling and squatting

Able to handle high volume and stressful situations

Bilingual preferred
