Who WE are looking for:
The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all beverage operations throughout American Place Casino, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role leads beverage team members, manages inventory and cost controls, and drives revenue through innovative beverage programming and high service standards.
What is expected of YOU:
Leadership & Team Management

Train, coach, and develop beverage team members, including bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors

Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values

Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiency

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
Operations Management

Oversee daily beverage operations across all outlets, including bars, lounges, and gaming floor service

Ensure consistent execution of service standards and guest experience excellence

Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
-
Collaborate with other departments to support overall casino operations
Financial & Inventory Control

Manage beverage budgets, including labor and cost of goods sold (COGS)

Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships

Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss

Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
Guest Experience

Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service

Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Develop beverage menus, promotions, and special events to enhance guest engagement
Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal alcohol laws and gaming regulations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all beverage areas

Enforce responsible alcohol service and team member safety protocols
Experience YOU will need:

College degree preferred
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-unit food and beverage operations or casino/hotel operations

Must have a thorough knowledge of standards for all aspects of F&B service, storeroom procedures, and cooking methods

Must be highly organized and detail-oriented

Must be familiar with all equipment used in F&B outlets

Must be computer literate

May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, bright lights and excessive noise, and to commercial kitchen environmental factors

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Other physical demands of this job may include but are not limited to: sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling/pushing, kneeling and squatting

Able to handle high volume and stressful situations
