What is expected of YOU:
As a Line Cook in our fine dining steakhouse, you will play a key role in both daily preparation and service, ensuring each dish meets the highest standards of quality and consistency. You will participate in daily line checks, assist with banquet prep and execution to the Chef’s specifications, and help maintain a clean, organized environment in all walk-ins and storage areas. Upholding company standards, you’ll follow all health and safety regulations and take part in daily sanitation walk-throughs to ensure full compliance. Additionally, you will support front-of-house staff by providing accurate information on daily specials and be expected to follow all directives from chefs and supervisors with professionalism and attention to detail.
Experience YOU will need:

1-2 years of previous fine dining cooking experience is preferred

Bi-lingual is a plus

Knowledge of health and sanitation standards
