You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our solutions — ensuring every interaction is smooth, accurate, and leaves the customer feeling supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues by asking detailed questions and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams while keeping customers updated.
- Champion customer onboarding in collaboration with sales.
- Provide project management support for high valued customer projects including tracking details, supporting sales and engineering, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain detailed records of orders, technical cases, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Champion customers to ensure issues are resolved to full satisfaction.
- Take and process customer orders accurately via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders to improve processes, products or customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm, patient approach.
- High attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions and be proactive with internal and external customers.
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to learn product systems quickly.
- Experience with CRM, order management, or ticketing systems (preferred).
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
